Additional keynote at the same venue $4500
Workshop - one-half day $5000

Consultation $5000/day
One-day on site consultation includes preparation
(study organizational materials, reports, brochures, etc), phone
consultation prior to visit, and follow-up report with recommendations
after visit. Additional consultations can be scheduled.
* These fees are for the continental United
States. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international
venues.
Book Sales
Eleanor requests that her books be
available for interested audience members. A portion of all book sales
is contributed for nursing scholarships.
Expense Policy
For short distances, Eleanor travels by car, charging $.41 per
mile or the current rate allowed by IRS. Depending on the location,
availability of flights, distance from the airport, etc, she travels
by plane, first class, however, she charges clients only for a
full coach fare.
Additional expenses include travel to and from the
airport from both origination and destination sites, hotel, meals, and
tips. Miscellaneous expenses will be agreed upon prior to engagement.
